All Sensors Corporation terminates its Master Distributor Agreement
with rush-Vertriebs, GmbH effective April 10, 2007

All Sensors Corporation of Morgan Hill, California announced today that it has informed rush-Vertriebs GmbH that it will terminate its Master Distributor Agreement in accordance with the Agreement between the two parties. All Sensors Corporation products will now be handled by All Sensors Europe GmbH located in Inning, Germany. A separate press release regarding All Sensors Europe GmbH was issued recently.
