RoHS Compliance
In an effort to meet compliance standards of
the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, All Sensors Corporation will offer
RoHS-compliant
product. RoHS is known as the Lead-Free directive restricting
the use of six hazardous materials that may be used in the manufacturing
of electrical components. All applicable products in the EU market
must be RoHS compliant by July 1, 2006.
All Sensors Corporation is now
offering RoHS-compliant products upon request. Customers
must specify "RoHS-compliant" on each purchase
order that requires RoHS-compliant product. The part
numbers
will remain the same.
A RoHS-compliant product will be identified with an "R"
located just before the lot number. At this time RoHS-compliant
products must be specifically requested. All Sensors Corporation
